Ai Chattanooga builds and runs AI phone and chat agents for businesses in and around Chattanooga, Tennessee. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
We record and transcribe calls handled by agents we run. We keep that data to operate the service and show it back to the business owner. We do not sell it, and we do not use your callers’ conversations to train public AI models.
If you call a business that uses our agent
When you call a number answered by one of our agents, we process: the phone number you are calling from (caller ID), the date, time and length of the call, an audio recording, a written transcript, and any details you give during the conversation — typically your name, a callback number, an email address, and what you were calling about.
That information is passed to the business you called. They are the ones who asked us to answer their phone, and they decide how long to keep it and what to do with it. If you want your information removed, contact that business directly, or email us and we will pass the request on.
Our agent identifies itself as an AI if you ask whether you are speaking to a person. If you would rather speak to a human, say so and it will take a message instead.
If you are a customer of ours
We hold your business contact details, billing information, the configuration of your agent, and the call records described above so you can see them in your account. We also keep normal website analytics.
Who else touches this data
Running a voice agent takes a few specialist services, and your data passes through them: ElevenLabs (speech and conversation), Twilio (telephone network), Make.com (moving call summaries into email), and our website and email hosts. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep things
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days by default, then deleted. Your account and billing records are kept as long as you are a customer and for as long afterwards as tax rules require. A business on one of our plans can ask for a different retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@aichattanooga.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart and login working, and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will stop working properly if you block the essential ones.
