We want you to be able to say yes without much risk, so here is exactly what happens if things do not work out.
Monthly subscription
Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Email info@aichattanooga.com — one message is enough, and you will get a written confirmation. Your agent keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
The setup fee
The setup fee pays for real work delivered to you — a written call audit, a script built from your actual calls, your knowledge base, number setup and testing. Once that work is delivered it is not refundable. If we have not delivered it yet, you get all of it back.
If the agent does not work
If your agent is live and failing to do what we agreed at kickoff, tell us. We will fix it. If we cannot fix it within 30 days of you reporting it, we will refund that month’s subscription and part ways properly — we will help you move your number back.
Billing mistakes
If we bill you wrongly, we refund it in full. No argument, no restocking fee, no process. Email us and we will sort it the same business day.
Returns
There is nothing physical to send back. Everything we sell is a service.
