We built this for our own phone first
Ai Chattanooga is run by a small local team — the same people behind Chattanooga T-Shirt, a print shop across town, with about thirty years of working design behind it.
The first agent we built answered that shop’s phone, not a client’s. Not one competitor pricing page we looked at names a founder, a city, or the person doing the work. We are our own first customer.
Why we built this
A press run does not pause. The person who knows what two dozen shirts cost is the one at the press with ink on both hands. Every ring was the same decision: stop the run, or let it go.
It went to voicemail. Plenty never left a message, and the ones who did heard back the next morning — by then some had ordered elsewhere.
What done-for-you actually means
We do the setup
You configure nothing. We write the call flows, load your hours and answers, and set up the number.
- Your side is about three hours, spread across the build: one hour at kickoff, one hour gathering what you already have written down, thirty minutes on voice samples, thirty minutes on test calls
- We start from your last few weeks of voicemails, where your real script already is
We tune the voice
The voice is chosen with you, then adjusted until it sounds like someone who works for you.
- You hear samples and pick before anything goes live

- You call it and try to break it before a customer does
We train it on your business
It answers only from a knowledge base built out of your own material, and takes a message rather than guessing.

What being local changes
- Same time zone. When something is wrong at 4pm, it is 4pm here too.
- A person answers, and it is the one who built your agent.
- A change to what it says goes straight to the team, not a ticket queue. Pro includes priority same-business-day support and a named account owner; on Starter and Plus we do not put a clock on it.
- We come to your shop for the kickoff — Chattanooga, Hixson, Ooltewah, East Ridge, Red Bank, Signal Mountain, Ringgold and Fort Oglethorpe.
What we will not do
- We will not tell you it never makes a mistake. It will get something wrong. Every call is recorded and summarized, so you see it the same day.
- We will not lock you into a term. Month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Email info@aichattanooga.com or call — it is not a retention phone call you have to win. If we provisioned your number, it transfers to whichever carrier you name. You keep your recordings, your transcripts, your customer data and the material you gave us, and we export them on request. The agent configuration and prompts stay with us.
- We will not bill you for spam. Robocalls are screened before they reach you and never count against your minutes.
- We will not refund a setup fee for work already delivered. It bought call flows, a voice, a number and a knowledge base built out of your own material. It is itemized before you pay.

The review below is from the owner — Chattanooga T-Shirt and Ai Chattanooga are owned by the same person, and it is the only agent we run for an outside business. Read it as the operator’s account, not an arm’s-length customer’s.
Finding a knowledgeable, friendly customer service rep is tough for a small shop. Ai Chattanooga solved it. They set up our agent fast, and now every call is answered. I get an email summary with the audio link after each call.
It blocks spam, collects the details we need to start orders, and gives rough estimates from our price sheets. Aiden keeps my team focused so we can print and ship. I wish I’d done it sooner.
