Plans, minutes, and billing
- Do my minutes roll over?
No. Minutes and chat credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We will alert you before you hit your cap so you can top up or upgrade.
- How many voices can I choose from?
Starter: choose 3 curated voices that match your brand.
Plus: choose 6 voices.
Pro: unlimited voices.
You can change your selected voices once per month on Starter and Plus. Pro can change anytime.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Upgrade anytime. Your one-time setup cost is the new plan’s setup fee minus what you already paid. Monthly plan price changes on your next bill. Downgrades take effect next cycle.
- What counts as a “minute”?
Live AI talk time on phone calls. Chat and SMS use credits from the same pool on Starter and Plus. Pro includes larger pooled credits across channels.
- What happens if I run out of minutes?
We keep answering. Overage is billed at your plan’s standard per-minute rate. You can also add a top-up or switch plans.
- Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Setup fees cover completed onboarding work and are not refundable.
Setup and onboarding
- How long does setup take?
Typical go live in 3 to 7 business days once onboarding docs are in. A same-day pilot is possible for simple Starter deployments. Similar services advertise very fast onboarding; we keep it concierge-level while staying quick.
- What do you need from me?
Your top FAQs, policies, pricing or menu, hours, service areas, and a short brand voice brief. We handle training, phone setup, web chat, and workflows.
- What’s included in the one-time setup?
Data gathering, knowledge build, voice selection and tuning, telephony configuration, webhook and CRM connections, QA, and launch.
Voice quality and customization
- Will it sound human?
Yes. We use premium neural voices with tuned pacing, pauses, and phrasing. You pick accent and tone, we fine-tune delivery.
- Can I bring my own voice or custom style?
Available on Pro. We can create a custom voice profile and switch styles by intent.
- Can the agent speak multiple languages?
English by default on all plans. Pro supports multilingual deployments on request.
Phone numbers and call flow
- Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. We can port it in or you can forward calls to your AI number. Porting timelines vary by carrier.
- Can I forward only missed calls or after-hours calls?
Yes. You can forward all calls, only missed calls, or only after-hours. This is a common pattern in AI receptionist setups.
- What happens when the AI cannot help?
It can live-transfer to your team, take a detailed message, or route to voicemail. You choose the fallback per scenario.

Yes. Post-call summaries are standard. Full transcripts and analytics are included on Plus and Pro.

- Where are recordings and transcripts stored?
